Jeff Daniel Phillips

A native of Chicago, Jeff Daniel Phillips’ artistic pursuits began with his studies of Fine Arts abroad and evolved into film making at USC where he received degrees in both. After graduation, he developed a career both behind and in front of the camera and also on stage in the states and Europe. Jeff has appeared in numerous award-winning commercials, most  notably being the original Geico caveman, which he portrayed for eight years. On television he most recently has played the role of Fade in the Fox/Marvel series The Gifted, and has had recurring roles on Flaked, Westworld , and Claws . He has also appeared in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D as David Angar the screamer in season 2. Besides appearing in films such as Sneakers, Zodiac and Faster , Jeff has been in three Rob Zombie films to date; Halloween II, Lords of Salem and the upcoming 31 , playing Roscoe, the ass-kicking carney mechanic.
